You are the mother who opens her arms after we break her heirloom vase. You are the teacher who gives us one more chance even after we were caught cheating. The Youth of Sierra Vista were in all parts of the planning of this weekend’s worship services. Cover art was produced by Ryan Kountz, Pierce Pfluger, and Jordan Perkey. Our altar presentation was created by Sherri Lee & Tina Glass. “Come Now and Worship the Lord” is an African song created by Gondo from Zimbabwe. The Call to Worship and Prayer of Grace was taken from “The Book of Uncommon Prayer”. Madeline Ridgway wrote our Affirmation of Faith. Tina Glass wrote our Message and the other prayers. The Sr. High Youth wrote the “Grace is Priceless” commercial and Jessica Glass wrote the “Ministry Fair” commercial. The Benediction was written by St. Teresa of Avila. All of our Youth and Sponsors offered their time and energy so that we would all experience Christ in worship. Roy and Cathye Moon also spent many hours helping to produce our Youth Led Worship. |
