GENESIS CLASS

COLLEGE CRAZIES CORNER

SECRET PRAYER PARTNERS 2008:

COLLEGE CRAZIES SECRET PRAYER PARTNERS...TIME TO REVEAL YOUR IDENTITY
If you have been a Secret Prayer Partner for one of Sierra Vista's College Crazies, MANY, MANY, MANY THANKS for letting God love these wonderful young adults through you. If you have not yet revealed your identity, please do so the week of MARCH 24-28. That is the week after Easter. Most of the College Crazies will be gone from their addresses the week before that because of Spring Break. If you know your Secret Prayer Partner personally and know they will be home for Spring Break, you can deliver your card or gift to them in person if you want to.

REMEMBER: The week of March 24-28...

1. Send a card or note or small gift to the College Crazy for whom you've been praying
2. Include YOUR NAME and YOUR ADDRESS
3. CONTINUE THIS WONDERFUL PRAYER MINISTRY BY SIGNING UP TO PRAY FOR ONE OF JOY’S YOUTH !!

Some of the College Crazies will send thank you notes...some won't. Please be aware, though, that even if you do not hear from the young person for whom you've been praying, it has meant a great deal to them to receive your words of encouragement and to know that you have been praying for them. Again, thank you for being a channel of God's love!

COLLEGE CRAZIES 2008:

College Crazies is the Ministry of Sierra Vista that reminds our wonderful young adults that God loves them and that their Sierra Vista “family” is praying for them.  The students do not have to “join” anything or participate in any way if they do not want to.  College Crazies sends 5 or 6 mailings each year, signs up prayer partners for the “crew” during January and February, and maintains a website and a blog where they can check up on shared “congratulations” and prayer requests.

WHO IS INCLUDED:

--Sierra Vista-affiliated young adults who graduated from high school in the years 2003- 2007 (those in college, specialized training, Military, or gainfully employed.)

--Sierra Vista-affiliated young adults who graduated before 2003 but are currently attend- ing grad school, have a spouse who is in school, are in the military, or are members of the Crossroads SS class (Young Adult) or MOSAIC group at Sierra Vista

--Sierra Vista-affiliated young adults who graduated before 2003 but have not found a home church and would like to remain part of the College Crazies crew for a bit longer.
