October 7th will be the 30th year for the Sierra Vista Harvest Festival. The 2017 recipients are Children’s Bed Project, Meals for the Elderly, Project Dignidad, and Wesley Soup Kitchen and our own local church outreach. We start with a zero balance each year and have been fortunate enough to typically net $25,000 to $35,000 a year with all proceeds going to these worthy recipients. This year we are trying to get an early start by purchasing highly desirable auction items and then cataloging them here on the website. This is where we could sure use your help with monetary donations to "2017 Harvest Festival."
There are many opportunities in helping with this project. We have "Country Store" with homemade and crafted items. There are frozen casserole sales and wonderdful baked items. We have a garage sale behind the Life Center in the Bus Barn so start going through your used items and working appliances. PLEASE don’t bring any broken, dirty or unusable junk. NO CLOTHES! You may bring your items to the Bus Barn beginning September 24th. If you need help with larger items, please call the Church Office, 944-4041.

There is a cooked brisket and chicken sales. During the Noon hour there will be delicous brisket plates for sale also. This year we are hoping to have many unique items for the silent auction. Bring your children! There are many activities taking place for them to participate in.
