With a new school year
beginning, we an need updated registration form completed for kids participating
in Sierra Vista activities! A 2007-2008 registration form can be found in the
Church Office or by clicking on the orange dot below. These can be turned in on September
12th, the first day of choir & CLUES Club, or any time before
then!

"GO,
GO JONAH"
“GO,
GO JONAH!” A GREAT SUCCESS!
The
children’s choir shared the story of Jonah through song and drama during all
three Worship services on April 26th & 27th.
The children did such a wonderful job presenting the musical!
They should all be very proud of their ability to share the message of
God’s great love for us with others.
Special
thanks go to all of the volunteers who helped with the children, music, props,
sound, and pictures.

VACATION
BIBLE SCHOOL NEWS
“BEACH PARTY
- SURFIN' THROUGH THE SCRIPTURES!"
June approaches soon, and
planning for Vacation Bible School is in full swing!
Many volunteers have signed up, but more are needed!
Please consider where you might serve this year…it is always a great
week of sharing God’s word with children.
Here are the immediate needs: Discovery
Time/Missions Leader and helpers, Bible Story Leader and helpers, Preschool
& Kindergarten teachers. Helpers
are needed as well for recreation, crafts, music, decorating and
planning/registration.
Vacation
Bible School: June 9-12 from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Theme:
“Beach Party – Surfin’ Through the Scriptures”
Sierra Vista supports a
wonderful Vacation Bible School for over 150 children each year –please
contact Jana at 944-4041 or jpritchett@sierravista.org as soon as you know where
you can serve!

A “crafty” afternoon has been planned for Wednesday,
May 14th in the Life Center from 1:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.

TIME
TO REGISTER FOR SUMMER CAMP!
Summer
camp at Mt. Wesley in Kerrville is a special time that kids will always
remember! They will enjoy a true
Christian experience with new friends, fun activities, Bible games, and awesome
Worship! Here are the dates…
3rd
& 4th grade camp: June 15-18
5th
& 6th grade camp: June 22-26
Third
& Fourth grade camp costs $210 per child and Fifth & Sixth grade camp
costs $270 per child. Registration
forms are available in the church office. Assistance
