Sierra Vista UMC is a congregation in which we seek to be a warm and welcoming community of faith which is making disciples of Jesus Christ. Come join with us as we seek to grow together in our journey of faith. Sierra Vista is open to seekers of all kinds: 
 

•  those who have a membership in another United Methodist congregation or a church of another denomination who are looking for a new church home 
• those who have a church background, but who have not been active in church for a long time or been to church for a while 
• those who do not really have a church background, but who are interested in learning more about Christianity and the life of the church 
• Sierra Vista is made up of people of all ages and backgrounds, who are gathered together to seek to grow as disciples of Jesus Christ and to be of service to others. 

Worship Service  Worship is to the life of the church what breathing is to the body. On Sunday, we gather to celebrate and experience the grace of God through our Lord Jesus Christ. Sunday morning worship services are in the sanctuary (worship center):  Sunday 8:30 am and 11:00 am (relaxed, traditional style) or Saturday 5:30 pm (informal, contemporary style).   Children are welcome at Sierra Vista and child care is provided for those age 4 and under.

Sunday School
Sunday School provides the opportunity to gather with a group of others to learn together about growing as disciples by studying the Bible and other Christian literature, and to support and pray for one another. We have 13 different adult classes made up of a variety of people, which include a Singles Class and a College & Young Adult Class. We also have classes for all ages of children & youth, and a nursery for those children under 3.
